ITALIAN CHOCOLATE CAKE 
18 eggs, beaten
2 lbs. ricotta
2 c. sugar
1 extra lg. Hershey bar, grated
Pie crust for a 10 inch pie

Blend all ingredients well. Line 10 inch spring form pan with pie crust dough. Pour in batter. Top with pie crust dough. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours. Let cool and refrigerate.
