ZUCCHINI-CHEESE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. zucchini, diced
1/2 lb. fine noodles
1 can condensed vegetarian vegetable soup
1 soup can water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oregano OR Italian seasoning
1 c. shredded Swiss cheese

Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Mix together well - zucchini, 1/2 cup cheese, noodles, soup, water, Worcestershire sauce, salt and oregano. Place in greased 2 quart casserole dish and cover. Bake for 25 minutes. Stir casserole and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered for 7-10 minutes.
