CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
CRUST:

2 sticks butter, melted
3 tsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans
1 1/2 c. flour

FILLING:

8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar
2 (5 1/4 oz.) boxes instant chocolate pudding
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Mix crust ingredients together and press into a greased 9"x13" cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow to cool.

Beat cream cheese, Cool Whip, and powdered sugar until smooth then spread it over the crust. Mix chocolate pudding, according to the box and spread over 1st layer. Top with Cool Whip and chopped nuts.
