1 c. flour
1/2 c. butter
1 c. chopped nuts, walnuts or pecans
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sugar
1 sm. Cool Whip
1 lg. (5.1 oz.) instant vanilla pudding
1 lg. (5.1 oz.) chocolate instant pudding
3 c. milk

Mix chopped nuts, butter and flour into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Let cool.

Combine sugar, cream cheese and half of Cool Whip and spread over cooled crust. Whip both puddings and milk and pour over cream cheese mix. Spread remaining Cool Whip over the pudding. Shave Hershey bar and nuts on top. Let set for 4 hours.
