1ST LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix with fork and press in 9"x13" baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Let cool.

2ND LAYER:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip

Mix together and spread on baked pastry.

3RD LAYER:

4 oz. instant vanilla pudding
4 oz. instant chocolate pudding
2 c. milk

Mix with beater until thick. Spread on second layer. Cool in refrigerator. Add rest of Cool Whip on top.
