3 LAYER CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
BOTTOM LAYER:

1 c. flour
1 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped pecans (lg. pkg. pecans)

mix bottom layer and press in 13x9 pan. Brown at 350 degrees until golden brown.

MIDDLE LAYER:

8 oz. cream cheese
1/2 layer lg. Cool Whip
1 c. powdered sugar

Mix middle layer together and pour over cooled bottom layer.Add rest of Cool Whip on top of middle layer.

TOP LAYER:

1 lg. chocolate pudding

Sprinkle with pecans on top. Refrigerate.
