LAYER CHOCOLATE DESSERT 
1 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 c. nuts
1 c. lg. container of Cool Whip
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk
Nuts
Shaved chocolate

Mix flour, butter and nuts and bake in a 9 x 13 inch pan at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Cool. Mix 1 cup of Cool Whip, cream cheese and confectioners' sugar. Spread over cooled crust. Mix puddings and 3 cups of milk. Spread over second layer. Top with the rest of the Cool Whip. Sprinkle with nuts or shaved chocolate. Refrigerate overnight. You can use other pudding flavorings.
