LEMON BARS 
2 c. flour
1/2 c. confectioners sugar
2 c. granulated sugar
4 scant tbsp. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. butter
4 eggs
Juice of 2 lemons (or 4 tbsp. Real Lemon)

Mix 2 cups flour, butter and confectioners sugar together. Press crumbly mixture in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

Mix eggs on low speed of mixer; add granulated sugar and lemon juice and beat well. Fold in remaining flour and baking powder. Pour mixture over crust. Complete baking at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Sprinkle confectioners sugar on top after baking while still warm. Cut into squares.
