LEMON AFTERNOON DELIGHT PIE 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. real MAYONNAISE
1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. lemon rind
1 tbsp. lemon juice (optional)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 graham cracker crust (6 oz. size)

In large bowl at medium speed beat cream cheese and MAYONNAISE until smooth. Gradually beat in sugar, then eggs, one at a time. Beat in lemon rind and juice (if wanted). Beat in vanilla. Pour into pie crust. Place on cookie sheet and place in oven (still on cookie sheet). Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cool and chill for 4 hours, or until set.
