PAPA'S SPAGHETTI SAUCE 
Vegetable oil
7-9 garlic cloves, minced
2 (28 oz.) cans tomatoes (whole unpeeled)
1 (12 oz.) can tomato paste
3 tsp. oregano
2 tsp. basil
1 tbsp. sugar
7 onions, chopped
3 lb. ground beef or chuck
3 (28 oz.) cans tomato puree
3 (28 oz.) cans water
1 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. salt

Lightly cover bottom of soup pot with oil. Add onions and garlic until lightly brown. Add ground chuck, stir until broken up and cooked. Add tomatoes, puree and paste. Mix well. Add water and spices. Bring to a boil. Simmer and cook 4-6 hours, stirring frequently. Cool.
