PARTY POTATOES 
4 (12 oz.) pkgs. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed or equal amount
2/3 lb. Velveeta cheese
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. shredded cheddar cheese
2 sticks butter
1 pt. half and half

In saucepan, melt butter, cheeses and half and half on low heat until smooth. Place hash browns in large baking dish (or 2 medium size dishes); salt lightly and pour cheese mixture over potatoes. Do not mix. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
