AMBROSIA FREEZE 
Serves 8 to 10.

1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. sifted confectioner's sugar
1 c. dairy sour cream
1/3 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 c. whipping cream
1 lb. can fruit cocktail, drained
1 (11 oz.) can Mandarin oranges
1/4 c. flaked coconut

Beat together cream cheese and sugar, gradually beat in sour cream and orange juice concentrate. Whip cream and fold into cream cheese mixture. Add fruit cocktail and oranges. Spread in 9 x 9 x 2 baking pan. Freeze until firm. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Serve on lettuce leaves and sprinkle with coconut.
