STRAWBERRY AMBROSIA 
1 c. sliced strawberries, drained, reserving 1 tbsp. juice
1 (8 oz.) container whipped topping
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, in own juice
1/2 pkg. frozen coconut
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
2 tbsp. strawberry preserves, sugar free

Whip cream cheese until smooth. Add whipped topping and blend well. Stir in strawberries, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut. Spread in a dish.

In a pan combine the preserves and reserved strawberry juice. Heat until thinned. Drizzle this over the cream cheese and fruit mixture. Chill until ready to serve.
