AMBROSIA SALAD 
1 pkg. orange Jello
1 c. hot water
1 c. crushed pineapple
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. mandarin orange slices
1/2 c. grated fresh or frozen coconut
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. sugar

Pour hot water over Jello. Stir to dissolve and cool. Add remaining ingredients. Refrigerate until set.
