GRANDMA'S TATER TOT CASSEROLE 
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1 (2 lb.) pkg. tater tots
1 1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
1 (23 oz.) can cream of chicken soup (family size)
1 tsp. Italian seasonings
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper

Boil chicken in a 2-quart pot of water. Once chicken is no longer pink in the middle, place chicken in the refrigerator to cool.

After chicken has cooled, shred the chicken into thin strands.

Preheat oven to 350°F.

In a bowl, mix together shredded chicken, 1 cup of cheese, cream of chicken soup and seasonings. Pour mixture into a casserole dish and spread evenly. Individually place tater tots on top of mixture making a single layer to cover the top. Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese on top of tater tots.

Bake in 350°F oven until cheese is melted and bubbling, about 20 minutes. Let cool for about 10 minutes before serving.
