BRYNA'S FABULOUS CHICKEN DIVAN | |
8 to 10 boneless & skinless split chicken breasts, (4 to 5 whole breasts) in 13 x 9 inch dish 2 (10 oz.) frozen broccoli spears (fresh broccoli steam 5 minutes first) 2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup 1 c. mayonnaise 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/2 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 c. bread crumbs 1 tbsp. melted butter Cook broccoli (just until frost is off). Grease baking dish. Layer cooked broccoli first in dish. Layer chicken breasts second (season if desired). Combine soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and cheese and pour over chicken. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and sprinkle on top (wet all crumbs). Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to 1 hour. |
