This is an easy and delicious meal, especially for children. I make this when my daughters have sleep overs, and it is enjoyed by even the pickiest eaters. I poach boneless/skinless chicken breasts in water flavored with chicken boullion, Schillings Chicken Seasoning and garlic powder. When done, I cut up or shred. I serve this meal with canned green beans, cooked, drained and then I add cheddar or velveeta cheese, and a touch of milk to them, melt and serve. Get ice cream for dessert and you have happy, and full kids. Enjoy!
