CHICKEN TETRAZZINI HOT DISH | |
1 lg. bag frozen broccoli 5 tbsp. melted butter 3 tbsp. real lemon juice 2 cans cream of chicken soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 lb. mild cheese 2 c. noodles 1 lg. cooked and boned chicken or turkey 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1/2 c. milk 1/2 lb. mild cheese Boil broccoli in salted water until it starts to get tender. Line 9 x 12 inch pan with broccoli, sprinkle butter and lemon juice over broccoli. Mix chicken soup, milk, and mild cheese, melt in double boiler. Pour half of this mixture over broccoli. Boil noodles in chicken broth. Rinse noodles with water and layer noodles over broccoli. Pour rest of soup mixture over noodles. Layer chicken. Mix mushroom soup, milk, cheese, melt in double boiler. Pour this mixture over chicken and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until golden brown. |
