CHICKEN & RICE HOT DISH 
1 chicken (fryer cut in pieces)
1 c. rice, uncooked
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 soup cans of water
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Mix dry onion soup mix with rice. Place in greased roaster. Mix cream of chicken and cream of mushroom soup with 2 cans of water. Pour over rice mixture. Place chicken pieces on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours or until done. Serves 6-8 people. I use pork chops sometimes instead of chicken.
