1 heaping tbsp. soap flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1 quart HOT water
4 tbsp. glycerine (get at drug store)
Few drops food coloring

Mix ingredients together. Make a bubble pipe from a small styrofoam cup and a drinking straw.
