RYAN'S BACK WOODS BBQ SAUCE | |
3 tbsp. butter 3/4 cup water 1 cup ketchup (Hunts) 1 tbsp. vinegar or apple cider vinegar 1 tsp. salt 1-2 tbsp. pepper 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 tbsp. onion powder 1 tbsp. garlic powder 1 tsp. cayenne pepper 1 tsp. pineapple juice (optional) 1 tsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. yellow mustard 1/2 tsp. hot sauce Melt butter in medium saucepan. Whisk water and ketchup in together until fully incorporated. Then whisk in remaining wet ingredients. Then whisk in all dry ingredients. Simmer for thirty minutes to an hour.
