UNBURNT BBQ CHICKEN ON THE GRILL 
BBQ SAUCE:

1/2 c. ketchup
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced

Mix up BBQ sauce ingredients; set aside.

Use a covered grill. Bring to medium high heat.

Using aluminum foil, form a pan to fit your grill. Add 2 cups of water. Place cut up chicken parts (skin removed) in water on aluminum formed pan. Close lid and cook approximately 20 minutes. Open lid and baste with BBQ sauce every 5-10 minutes keeping lid closed until done. Total cooking time approximately 50 minutes.

The kids loved it last week, I'm making it again tonight! It's so easy. Last time, the water boiled away and the bottoms of the chix got a little burnt. This time I'm going to use another 1/2 cup of water. Also, as I am a huge fan of the skin, I didn't remove it last time... I'll take it off this time.
