GRILLED CHICKEN BARBECUE | |
1/2 c. cooking oil 1 c. cider vinegar 2 tbsp. salt 1 tbsp. sage or poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook one cut up chicken in this solution in 250 degree oven about 1 hour. Grill over hot coals about 15 minutes, basting with marinade and turning chicken on grill. |
