CHEESE PIE 
1 lb. cottage cheese
1/4 c. milk
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 c. chopped raisins or other dried fruit
1 baked pie crust
3 beaten eggs
2 tbsp. melted fat
juice of 1 lemon
grated rind of 1 lemon

Bake the pie crust first. Put cottage cheese through sieve and add other ingredients.

Bake in moderate oven (350°F) until firm in center, about 15 to 20 minutes.
