COTTAGE CHEESE PIE 
24 oz. cottage cheese
2 (12 oz. ea.) cans evaporated milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 box prepared pie crusts (2 crusts)
cinnamon or nutmeg

Place cottage cheese in a large bowl. To this, add evaporated milk, 2 beaten eggs and sugar. Mix well. Add flour and salt; mix. Fill two 9-inch pie crusts and sprinkle top with cinnamon or nutmeg.

Bake at 350°F for 1/2 hour, then reduce to 275°F until knife inserted in middle comes out clean.
