VEGETARIAN STIR - FRY 
Carrots and celery
Broccoli and cauliflower
Green peppers and onions
Zucchini and yellow squash
Mushrooms
Tomatoes

Place items in wok, in heated oil, in the order listed. Cook each a minute or so before adding next ingredient.

1 cup of each ingredients will serve approximately 6-8. Near the end of cooking time, add soy sauce, or stir fry sauce, to taste.

NOTE: Cooked chicken or beef strips may be added just before soy sauce.
