EASY NACHO SKILLET DINNER | |
1 lb. ground beef 2 c. Green Giant frozen Niblets corn 2 tsp. chili powder 1 (15 1/2 oz.) can kidney beans, rinsed and drained 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce 2 c. slightly broken tortilla chips 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz.) Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet; drain. Stir in corn, chili powder, beans and tomato sauce. Simmer, uncovered, 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle with tortilla chips and cheese. Cover; heat about 2 minutes or until cheese is melted. Makes 6 servings. |
