CARROT-APPLE CASSEROLE 
4 lg. apples
1 lb. carrots
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. orange juice
Nutmeg

Pare and slice apples and cook until tender. Clean and slice carrots and cook until tender. Mix sugar, flour, butter and orange juice in saucepan and cook until well blended and beginning to thicken. Pour over apples and carrots in baking dish and sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake until heated through.
