CARROT AND APPLE CASSEROLE 
6 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. salt
5 apples, thinly sliced
2 c. peeled sliced carrots
3/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. raisins

Combine sugar, flour and salt in a bowl. Alternate layers of apples and carrots in a baking dish, sprinkling each layer with sugar mixture, until all ingredients are used. Pour orange juice over all. Sprinkle raisins on top. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
