SPICED APPLE CARROT BAKE 
2 tbsp. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
2 c. diagonally sliced cooked carrots (tender-crisp)
2 sm. apples, cored and thinly sliced
2 tbsp. butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In small bowl combine sugar, ginger and nutmeg; set aside. Lightly grease a 1 1/2 quart casserole or spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange carrots and apples in casserole; sprinkle with the sugar mixture. Mix lightly. Dot with butter. Cover casserole. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
