AUNTIE LINN'S STRAWBERRY SOUP 
2 qts. crushed strawberries
Juice of 1 lemon
3 c. water
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. minute tapioca
1 c. sweet white wine (Rhine)
2 oz. orange juice

Simmer first 5 ingredients (through tapioca) for 15 minutes. Add wine and orange juice. Refrigerate to cool. Serve cool on a hot summer day. Makes 2 - 2 1/2 quarts.
