CHILLED CANTALOUPE AND
STRAWBERRY SOUP
 
1 lg. cantaloupe, peeled and chopped
3 c. strawberries, cleaned
1 c. orange juice
1 c. yogurt
1/2 c. champagne
Juice of 1 lemon
Fresh mint leaves for garnish

Place everything in a food processor and puree until smooth. Chill and serve with fresh mint leaves.
