CHILLED TOMATO SOUP 
3 tomatoes
1 clove garlic
1 tsp. dried basil or 3 tsp. chopped fresh
1/4 sm. onion
Salt to taste
White pepper
1 c. light cream or rich milk
1/2-1 c. tomato juice
Sour cream

Whirl tomatoes, garlic, basil, onion, salt and pepper in blender. Strain through coarse strainer. Stir in cream and tomato juice. Chill for at least 1 hour. Taste for seasoning. Serve in chilled soup bowl with a dollop of sour cream. Garnish with basil.
