CHILLED PEACH SOUP 
2 lg. cans peach slices (with about 1/2 juice)
16 oz. sour cream
2 tbsp. Triple Sec (orange liqueur)
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. almond extract
1/4 tsp. salt

Combine all ingredients in blender. Chill. Pretty served in punch or demitasse cups.
