2 c. unsweetened strawberries
1/2 c. water
1/3 c. lime juice from concentrate
1/3 c. sugar
8 oz. sour cream or yogurt
Additional strawberries as a garnish

In blender combine strawberries, water, lime juice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into medium bowl. Stir in sour cream. Mix well. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with strawberries if desired.
