KIELBASA CASSEROLE 
1 lb. kielbasa, sliced and cubed
1 lg. onion, sliced
1 lg. pepper
Mushrooms, sliced
1 (10 oz.) can stewed tomatoes

In large skillet brown kielbasa, remove from pan. Stir fry onion, peppers and mushrooms. Add kielbasa to the vegetables, add stewed tomatoes. Cover and simmer for about 15 minutes. Serve over white rice.
