1/4 stick butter (for pan) 1/4 c. cinnamon 2 c. sugar 4 lg. pkgs. Pillsbury original biscuits (10 count) 1 c. brown sugar 1 stick butter Coat bundt pan with butter. Combine cinnamon and sugar in small bowl. Cut uncooked biscuits into quarters with sharp knife or scissors. Place biscuit quarters (a few at a time) in bowl with cinnamon-sugar mixture and stir until coated. Remove and place in greased bundt pan. Do this with all four packages of biscuits. Combine brown sugar and 1 stick of butter in saucepan, cook over low heat until butter is melted and mixture combined. Pour butter and brown sugar mixture evenly over the biscuits (once all have been placed in the bundt pan). Place in preheated oven and bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until darkly browned on top. Remove and let cool. Can be eaten warm or cold with butter (optional). Serves 8. |
