GRANDMOTHERS FAVORITE DRESSING 
1 qt. day old bread crumbs
1 qt. crumbled cornbread
1 qt. crumbled biscuits
1 c. chopped onion including 1/4 c. chopped green onions with tops
1 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. chopped parsley, optional
1 1/2 tsp. sage
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1-2 c. or more turkey or chicken broth
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs, slightly beaten

Combine all ingredients except broth, butter and eggs. Toss well. Add broth, butter and eggs. Mix well. Mixture should be moist. You can add 2 or 3 chopped boiled eggs if you wish. Place in large baking pan and bake for about 35-40 minutes in 425 degree oven until browned good on top. Onion, celery may be cooked in a little butter prior to mixing everything together until soft to speed up the cooking time.
