GINGERSNAP COOKIES | |
3/4 c. butter 1 c. sugar 1 egg 2 c. flour 1/2 tsp. salt 2 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cloves 1 tsp. ginger Blend butter, sugar and egg together. Gradually add dry ingredients. Roll dough into 1 inch balls; flatten with glass bottom dipped in sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes. Quantity: 6 dozen. |
