OLD FASHIONED GINGERSNAP COOKIES 
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. butter
3/4 c. molasses
2 eggs
4 tsp. baking soda
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tbsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream sugar, butter, molasses and eggs. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Roll into walnut size balls and cost with sugar. Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 350°F for 10 minutes.
