OLD FASHION GINGER BREAD 
2/3 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. sorghum molasses
2 tbsp. ginger
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
3/4 tbsp. baking soda
1/3 c. butter
2 eggs
5 c. all-purpose flour

Mix sugar, molasses, ginger, cinnamon, cloves and soda. Pour over butter, then stir butter in eggs and mix well. Put dough in refrigerator 1 hour and cut in cakes. Bake at 325 degrees for 10 minutes.
