PEACH KITCHEN 
1 pkg. white cake mix
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 c. butter, soft
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. sour cream
1 beaten egg
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (1 lb. 13 oz.) can sliced peaches, drained or you can use fresh peaches

Combine cake mix, coconut and butter. Cut in until coarse crumbs. Press in bottom and 1/2 inch up sides of 9x13 pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes. Arrange peaches over crust.

Combine sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over peaches. Blend sour cream and egg. Pour over all. Bake until sour cream is set, about 10 minutes. If you use fresh peaches, use 1/4 cup sugar.
