COUNTRY KITCHEN CASSEROLE 
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
2 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. Cheddar cheese (shredded)
2 cans (16 oz. each) sm. whole white potatoes, drained and sliced
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 can (12 oz.) lunch meat, such as Spam cut 6 slices

In a bowl, combine soup, water, mustard, Worcestershire sauce and cheese. Add potatoes and peas. Spoon into a 1 1/2 quart shallow baking dish. Top with sliced meat. Bake in a preheated 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes. Makes 6 servings.
