“PORTUGUESE SANGRIA” IS IN:

PORTUGUESE SANGRIA 
1 bottle of red wine - preferably Portuguese
1 shot of brandy
1 shot of triple sec
1 shot of Porto wine
1 shot of Martini Rosso
1 apple, thinly sliced
1 lemon, thinly sliced
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 quart of orange juice
1/2 cup of 7-Up
2 small bags of sugar (espresso style)
cinnamon
3 mint leaves

In a large pitcher or punch bowl with plenty ice, introduce the fruits into and then the liquor shots, brandy, triple sec, Porto wine and Martini Rosso, mix then the orange juice, pour the red wine into and stir well but slowly. Add the sugar and stir, add the Seven-up and top with cinnamon and the mint leaves. Give a last stir and serve ice cold.
