PORTUGUESE MARINADE (VINHO DE ALHOS) | |
1 cup wine vinegar 3 cups water 2 cloves minced garlic (or 1 tsp garlic powder) pinch of cumin seed 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon pepper 1 teaspoon paprika Mix ingredients together. Use for marinating pieces of pork, beef or fish. Pieces can be cubes or slices of boneless meat. Marinate in refrigerator for at least 12 hours, then sauté meat until tender. Submitted by: CM |
