DUTCH MEATLOAF 
1 1/2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 c. bread crumbs
1 med. onion, chopped
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunts tomato sauce
2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 egg

Lightly mix ground beef, bread crumbs, onion, 1/2 can of tomato sauce, egg, salt and pepper. Place in a 2 inch deep baking pan. Combine other 1 1/2 cans tomato sauce with mustard and sugar. Mix well.

Pour over meat, reserving 1/2 of sauce mixture for later use. Cook in a 350 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take out and drain off excess grease and sauce. Pour remaining sauce over meat and return to oven. Cook for 30 more minutes.
