DUTCH OVEN MEAT LOAF DINNER 
1 lb. ground chuck
1 to 2 cans vegetarian vegetable soup
2 to 3 small eggs
1 chopped onion

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Wrap in foil to form approximately 2-inch thick loaf. Place in center of foil-lined Dutch oven. Add chopped potatoes, carrots and/or various other vegetables of your choice in the pan around the meat loaf.

Place Dutch oven in campfire and cover with coals.

Bake for 45 minutes to an hour. Make an x across the top of the meat loaf to check for doneness. Good with salt and ketchup.

Can also make indoors in the oven. Follow above steps, placing ingredients in a roasting pan. Cook for about an hour at 350°F.
