MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
3 c. mashed potatoes
2 tbsp. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 heaping tbsp. sour cream
2 tbsp. chives
Onion salt
3 tbsp. melted butter
Paprika

Mash potatoes with 2 tablespoons milk. Beat potatoes with cream cheese and sour cream. Stir in chives and onion salt. Place in shallow baking dish. Top with butter and paprika. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove foil and bake 15 to 20 minutes longer.
