BAKED MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE 
5 lbs. potatoes
3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
2 tbsp. butter
Onion salt & chives (to taste)

Cook and mash potatoes. Add cream cheese, sour cream, butter, onion salt and chives, blend together. Butter casserole and place mashed potatoes in casserole. Dot with butter. Bake 45 minutes to 1 hour at 350 degrees until browned on top.

This casserole can be made in the morning and placed in refrigerator until time to bake for dinner.
