MASHED POTATO CASSEROLE | |
5 lb. red potatoes, cooked and mashed 6 oz. cream cheese 2 tsp. onion salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt 2 tbsp. butter Mix all ingredients with a mixer and put in a buttered casserole. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour covered. Uncover for last 15 minutes. Can also be heated in microwave, 15 minutes or so covered. Can be stored in refrigerator for 1 week prior to baking. |
